A1 example of this rare Gruen Pan American 1940s wristwatch. The 17 jewel 420 SS movement has been fully serviced and the dial refinished. The sweep hand is in red and an inner ring denotes the 24 hour clock - hence it being known as a pilots watch. The 10K gold filled case is in perfect condition.
