A wonderful square dial example of the rare Gruen 1940s Pan American watch, originally designed for pilot's with a 24 hour dial for the Pan American World Airways.
The case houses a 17 jewel Gruen calibre 420 SS movement and has a re-finished dial. The 10K gold filled case is in very good condition. Very collectable and very handsome.
